TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2021 (E30 OF 2021) By Joseph Muinami Mburu, of P.O. Box 71–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mburu Muinami, late of Kiamburu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) James Gichuru Ngugi and (2) Patriciah Njeri Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 20–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Wainaina Ngotho, late of Gate-Iguru, Kibichoi, Githunguri, who died there on 2nd January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
