TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Eleanor Jemaiyo Nandwa and (2) Melody Kambiha, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Bhaddy Amwayi, who died along Nakuru–Eldoret Road, on 31st October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By Florence Namisi Liboyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Liboyi Shiomunda alias Wycliffe Liboyi, who died at Wambulishe in 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
