E12 OF 2022 By (1) James Kadenge Mwaro, (2) Noel Mwaro Francis, (3) Philip Rama Mwaro and (4) Kenneth Kalume Mwaro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kalume Mwaro, who died at Kilifi, on 16th December, 1992.
