TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2021 By (1) Elizabeth Wanjiku Kuria and (2) Ernest Kimani Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 369—01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gacheru Wainaina, who died at Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Francis Mahira Nyoike, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyoike Mahira alias Nyoike Mahiro, who died at Matutoini, Githunguri, on 1st February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
