TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2021 By Matha Ngami Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 14, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbaluka Ndumbi, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. 229 OF 2021 By Joyce Mwikali Mutunga, of P.O. Box 60, Ekalakala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Kalua alias Simon Kimeu Kalua, who died on 28th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
