TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2022 By Mary Mueni Kyalo, of P.O. Box 6129–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Kyalo Mativo, late of Kiambwa, who died at Tawa S.C.H., on 24th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2022 By (1) Zippora Mukii Mutinda c/o B. M. Kituku & Co., advocates, of P.O. Box 435–90100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mutinda Munyao, late of Mavindu, who died at Mbooni S. C. Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
