Box 9011–40141, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philgona Adoyo Okeyo, who died at Kabondo Ramba Sub-location, on 12th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2022 By Jeseph Adek Siwo, of P.O. Box 84, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siwo Ndede alias Mathiasiwo Ndede, who died at Kachien North, on 23rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2022 By Rose Adhiambo Ojwang, of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aol Ngon, who died at Nyalenda Sub-location, on 20th February, 1991. CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2022 By Mary Atieno Kabasa, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kabasa Oungo alias Kabasa Oungo, who died at Kokidi Sub-location, on 7th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
