TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 307 OF 2021 By (1) Kilisantus Otieno Dete and (2) Terersa Atieno Ohuru, both of P.O. Box 3737, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parash Dete Ngiela alias Dete Ngiela, who died at Kamuma, on 12th April, 1979. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2022 By Jane Auma Malo, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norbetus Malo Njura alias Malo Njura, who died at Rakwaro, on 10th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2022 By Herina Olesi Jabedo, of P.O. Box 99, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Jabedo alias Jabedo Adenyo, who died at Sondu, on 17th October, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
