CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2022 By Colleta Achieng Rakula, of P.O. Box 260–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Masiga Obuyu alias Masiga Obuyu, who died at Yenga, on 1st August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By Mathews Ochieng Musumba, the deceased grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Osodo, who died on 15th October, 1983. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2022 By Catherina Akumu Ochola, of P.O. Box 260–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ochola Ochola alias Ochola, who died at Doho East, on 20th Martch, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
