TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2021 By (1) Selly Cheptanui Sitonic, (2) Kimwai arap Mibei and (3) Mibei Janeth Chepkemoi, allof P.O. Box 4, Silibwet in Kenya, excutors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Chepkwony arap Sitonik alias Chepkwony Sitonik, who died on 12th September, 1978. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By John Kiplangat Rono, of P.O. Box 90–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabutany Techoinet, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
