E46 OF 2021 By Sharmake Mohamed Abdi, of P.O. Box 102230—00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdi Mohamed, who died on 10th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2021 By (1) Saado Hafia Mohamed and (2) Haybe Ahmed Dudeh, both of P.O. Box 42724–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Jawahir Suleiman Juma, who died on 13th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) Zahara Said Ahmed and (2) Ahmed Omar Ahmed, both of P.O. Box 17915–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Ahmed, who died at Nairobi, on 10th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
