TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 11th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2021 By (1) Gulamkader Abdulrahim Pirmohamed Fatma Abdulrahim Pirmohamed and (2) Shahnaz Kaderbaksh I Pir Mohamed, the deceased’s siblings, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kismat Abdulrahim Pirmohamed, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
