TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2022 By Aminmohamed Akberali Alibhai Janmohamed, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esmail Janmohamed Premji alias Ismail Janmohamed, who died on 6th August, 1965. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By Azimali Jiwani, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waljibhai Bhawan alias Walji Bhavan alias Valji Bhovan, who died on 19th March, 1954. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
