THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josephine Zale Mchana, of P.O. Box 96109–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.102 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block I/306, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
