THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Muthee Kararu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandaruarfulaga/664, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Engineer in succession cause No. 86 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Michael Munene Muthee (ID/25133712) and (2) John Kararu Muthee (ID/24583139), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Francis Muthee Kararu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Muthee Kararu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
