TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Renault Prime Mover reg. No. KBV 41 IL and Subaru GT reg. No. KAW 205W, within thirty (30)days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from premises of Integra Storage Yard in Kitengela, Namanga Road past Total Petrol Station (former Yukos) along Muigai Road, upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
