TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E595 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Philis Wambugu Kiama, both of P.O. Box 106, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kinyua Kiama, late of Karagita, who died there on 11th May, 2021. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2022 By (1) Jacinta Wangari Njoroge and (2) Ruth Mumbi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 53-20307, Igwamiti in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tirus Njoroge Njambi, late of Silibwet Location, who died at Ndunyu, on 6th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
