TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E160 OF 2021 By (1) Charity Kaimuri Laibon and (2) Pauline Nkatha Laibon, both of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Laibon Bariu alias James Laibuni Bariu, who died at Kawangware, on 21st July, 2011. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2022 By Martin Bundi Kunga, of P.O. Box 126, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Ntibuka M'Ikiugu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
