TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Pamela Atieno Adhiambo, the deceased's step-daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Abongo alias Abongo Ochieng, who died at Kanyamkango, on 12th October, 1995. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2022 By John Onditi Okumu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Okumu Njoga, who died at God Jope Location, on 14th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
