TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2019 By Dari Ondiek Alex, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omenda Wanambi, who died at Chiga Sub-location, Kisumu, on 15th June, 1995. CAUSE No. El4 OF 2022 By Julius Ochieng Onege, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Onege Ojwang, who died at Kajulu Location, on 20th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
