TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Job Kimeli Biwott and (2) Richard Kipkemboi Chichir, both of P.O. Box 13-30214, Ziwa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, through Messrs. Bulbul-Koitui & Company, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina A. Muge alias Kipsaina Muge, late of Ziwa, who died there on 31st March, 2008. CAUSE No. E98 OF 2022 By Daniel Mbugua Njoroge, of P.O. Box 333, Burnt forest in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Koech Lelei & Company, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Gitau, late of Nakuru, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
