TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 45 OF 2022 By Nelson Onsate Ongera, of P.O. Box 2464-40200, Kisii in Konya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sibia Bwogi Ong'era alias Bwagi Ongera alias Bwogi Ongera, who died on 1st June, 2015. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Muko Oriku and (2) Jackline Bonareri Oriku, both of P.O. Box 103-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pasifica Birundu Oriku, who died at Iranda, Kisii, on 6th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
