TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E261 OF 2021 By Nzuki Mulinge Kingola, of P.O. Box 1012-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulinge Kingola, who died at Kikambuani, on 14th August, 1972. CAUSE No. El8 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wayua Musembi and (2) Boniface Mbithi Kimani, both of P.O. Box 535-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabastian Musembi Kimani, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
