TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E23 OF 2022 By Margaret Mukhwana Okanga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Jared Okanga Okinda, who died at Ebubala in 2020. CAUSE No. E52 OF 2022 By Ham Chibole Amboka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ham Chibole Andere alias Chibole Andere, who died at Shikunga Sub-location in 1989. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2022 By Mary Amisi Namani, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Shitsafu, who died at Emuruba, on 5th June, 1962. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
