TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 96 of 2022 By Steven Ochieng Owino, of P.O. Box 85, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esao Owino Odipo alias Shem Owino Adipo, who died at Masumbi, on 17th August, 2014. CAUSE No. 97 OF 2022 By Steven Ochieng Owino, of P.O. Box 143, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased's brother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Consolata Ogutu Ogutu alias Consleta Ogutu Ogutu, who died at Malunga East, on 10th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
