TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 525 OF 2021 By Beatrice Adoyo Opiyo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenipher Atieno Ojwang alias Jenifa Atieno Ojwang, who died on 16th September, 2001. CAUSE No. 526 OF 2021 By Beatrice Adoyo Opiyo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ojwang Ogutu, who died on 10th December, 1995. CAUSE No. 582 OF 2021 By Samuel Juma Nyangoro, the deceased's cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margret Akumu Okal alias Margarete Akumu Okall, who died at Kabar West, on 9th December, 2003. CAUSE No. E47 OF 2022 By Michael Openji Orwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Orwa Lila, who died at Okana, on 4th September, 1992. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2022 By Rose Atieno Odhiambo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damianus Nyagowa Osinja alias Nyagowa Osinja, who died at Kwakungu, on 1 1 th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
