TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2021 By Charles Mwai Gachoki, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wambeti Gachoki alias Wambeti Gachoki Munyui, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2002. CAUSE No. E32 OF 2021 By Jamlick Njuki Miano, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miano Gachau, who died at Raimu Sub-location, on 17th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
