CAUSE No. E115 OF 2021 By Collins Mutua, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Mutua Kamuti, who died at Mwingi, on 18th April, 2019. CAUSE No. E120 OF 2021 By Joseph Mwanzia Maluki, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nziri Maluki Mwavu, who died at Mbondoni Sub-location, on 28th July, 1999. CAUSE No. E121 OF 2021 By Joseph Mwanzia Maluki, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muangi Maluki Mwavu, who died at Mbondoni Sub-location, on 29th July, 2002. CAUSE No. El OF 2022 By Samuel Mutinda Musyindu, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscila Muthoni Mutinda alias Priscillar Mutwoki, who died at Kyavyuka, on 24th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
