TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 324 OF 2021 By (1) Wycliffe Isaac Ochami and (2) Thadeus Timothy Ochami, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Akelo Hongo alias Paulinah Agola, who died at Ebusikhale Sub- location, on 31st July, 1977. CAUSE No. 385 OF 2021 By Eliakim Omtenyo Otiono, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno sabalo alias John Otieno Sibalo, who died at Kongoni Sub-location, on 30th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
