Box 27, Kambiri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiel Munyasi Bushulu alias Joel Bushuru Munyasa, who died at Kambiri, on 6th August, 2010. Box 3149, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanyama Ben, who died on 31st July, 2021. CAUSE No. E31 OF 2022 By Thomas Shikuku Chisaina, of P.O. Box 244, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chisaina Nabwera alias Jisaina Nabwela, who died at Chemeche Sub-location, on 21st August, 2012. CAUSE No. 37 OF 2022 By Zipporah Muthoni Gitiria, of P.O. Box 119, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gitiria, who died on 28th February, 2021. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2022 By Juma Saidi Noor, of P.O. Box 42, Navakholo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanamisi Nakhumitsa Wakhungu alias Mwanamisi N. Wakhungu, who died on 3rd May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
