TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 By (1) Anne Wangari Mbugua and (2) Jane Wairmu Mwiberi, both of P.O. Box 10451–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbugua Mwiberi, who died at Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2015. 6th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
