TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Margaret Muthoni Munyori and (2) Charles Munyori Buku, both of P.O. Box 35255–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliub Buku Munyori, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
