E64 OF 2021 By (1) Kaindi Musau alias Benedetta, (2) Josephat King’oo Musau, (3) Philip Muthama Musau and (4) Augustine Nyamai Musau, all of P.O. Box 1–90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectievely, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musau Kisusya alias Musau Kisyusya, late of Masinga, Machakos, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 4th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By Jackson Kavuyu Mathoka, of P.O. Box 24–90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoka Lavi, late of Kangundo, who died at Kijabe Medical Centre, on 2nd December, 1995.
