TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2021 By (1) Dinah Jepchumba Keter and (2) Roymarx Kipkemboi Biwott, both of P.O. Box 1168–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kibiwot Keter alias Kibiwot arap Keter, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Emmy Kogo, of P.O. Box 58, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Kipkosgei Choge & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipkolum arap Kogo, who died at Kapsabet Health Care, on 1st June, 2011. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Ezekiel Kipchirchir Bore and (2) David Kibigen Bore, both of P.O. Box 75, Kobujoi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Kipkosgei Choge & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibore Kiptalam, who died at Kesogon, on 30th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Pius Kirwa Choge, (2) Joseph Kimeli Mase and (3) Nicolas Kipyego Choge, all of P.O. Box 88–30303, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Kipkosgei Choge & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kipchoge Mibei, who died at Kapsabet Nursing Home, on 13th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
