TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 88 OF 2019 By Shem Okewe Ondiek, of P.O. Box 821, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ondiek Okewe, who died at Kochieng Sub-location, on 11th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. 688 OF 2019 By Risper Akoth Okuta, of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okoth Kimira, who died on 20th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2022 By Everlyne Atieno Ochola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ouma Okumu, who died on on 4th November, 2021. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
