E44 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Akinyi Oduka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Akinyi Ajwang alias Oduka Ajwang’, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 24th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2022 By Isaya Gumba Nyandhi, of P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojowi Anuno, who died at Konya Sub-location, on 2nd March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By Florence Awino Owiti, of P.O. Box 90677, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Owiti Olaka, who died at Nyalenda “A” Sub- location, on 10th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
