E114 OF 2022 By Francis Odhiambo Akomo, of P.O. Box 35, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Akomo Omollo alias Akomo Omollo, who died at Ulalo, South Kapuonja, on 6th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2022 By Pesila Obisa Ochiayo, of P.O. Box 200–40105, Maseno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josia Ochiayo Yoga, who died on 6th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2022 By (1) Prisca Adhiambo Were and (2) Barack Odoyo Okumu, the deceased’s daughter and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Were Akombo alias Were Akombo, who died on 8th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
