CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2022 By Salome Wanjiru Gathiga, of P.O. Box 31419–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyokabi Gathiga, who died at Kagongo, on 9th December, 2013.
