TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Njoki Wahome and (2) James Gituro Wahome, both of P.O. Box 324, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s spouse and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Wahome Githinji, late of Munyeki Location, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
