TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By David Lekeno Lepui, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruboi Ngorotum Merichichu, who died at Kongasis Sub- location, on 3rd December, 2007. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2022 By (1) Felister Gathoni Wamweya and (2) George Mutura Wamweya, both of P.O. Box 108, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wamweya Wangombe, who died at Chokeria, Karunga, on 2nd October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
