TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2022 By (1) Sarabina Muthoni Karanja and (2) Charles Igecha Karanja, both of P.O. Box 821–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Joseph Karanja alias Peter Joseph Karanja Igecha, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2022 By (1) Paul Njoroge Thuitai and (2) Jane Wambui Mburu, both of P.O. Box 23, Kinale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Njoki Thuitai alias Njoki Thuitai, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2015. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
