TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2022 By (1) Consolata Owiyo Owaka and (2) Margaret Akumu Owaka, both of P.O. Box 560–40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Owaka Obuola, who died on 19th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2022 By Seth Okoth Giriago, of P.O. Box 52, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Ogola Orwa, who died at Kamasengre, on 24th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
