TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2022 By (1) Loy Ariviza Wafula and (2) Mercy Nyawira, both of P.O. Box 38, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hillary Adoga Chanzu, late of Soy, who died on 24th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Kipkorir Saina and (2) Isaac Chumba, both of P.O. Box 300–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina Mursoi, late of Kapyemit Location, who died on 31st May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
