TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Peterson Aminga, of P.O. Box 36–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakondo Omboga, who died at Bigege, on 12th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Francis Nyachienga and (2) Christopher Ocharo Nyachienga, both of P.O. Box 849–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyachienga Nyaruri, who died at Bomabacho, on 3rd May, 1992. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By Ochenge Nyanchongi James, of P.O. Box 45, Mokomoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanchongi Ochenge, who died at Boisanga, on 17th April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By Andrew Keanche Keanche, of P.O. Box 2–40500 in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Keanche alias Moraa Kiencha, who died at Kegogi, on 8th November, 1977. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By (1) James Gitangwa Ndubi and (2) Simeon Ombati Ndubi, both of P.O. Box 49–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ndubi Gitangwa alias Nelson Ndubi, who died at Nyabisengi, on 3rd February, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
