TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By (1) Elima Kipkoech and (2) Harun Bartinga, both of P.O. Box 100, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimunge Yatich Bartinga, who died at Kelyo, on 18th May, 1977. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By Luke Tuitoek, of P.O. Box 239–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Kobilo Cheboskwony, who died at Kipkaber, on 2nd December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
