Box 75, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Sitati Misiko, who died at Lutacho Sub-location, on 16th June, 2013. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Edwin Mulongo Wanyama and (2) Peter Muyakha Wanyama, both of P.O. Box 105, Misikhu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Walusaka Wambulwa, who died at Marinda Sub-location, on 29th October, 2021. Box 13, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafred Chikani Navinyenya, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 18th November, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
