TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Namunyala Wakweika, (2) Habert Wamalwa Wakweika and (3) Wakweika Nashon Muyobo, all of P.O. Box 51, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enson Namalo Wakweika, who died at Misimo, on 15th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
