TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2022 By Daniel Sirengo Nangalama, of P.O. Box 84, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Nangalama Kwara alias Nangalama Kwara, who died at Mbakalo, on 11th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2022 By Laban Chesoli Khamusini, of P.O. Box 842, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Namwaki Khamusini, who died on 10th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
