TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2022 By Ignasius Otieno Akol, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rufinus Akol, who on 22nd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 157 OF 2022 By Claudio Odhiambo Miruka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Miruka alias Naftali Miruka Achola, who on 9th November, 1991. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2022 By Isaya Onyango Chiagra, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Chiagra Kuga alias Chiaga Kuga Kuga, who on 22nd March, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
