TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2020 By (1) Michael Waliuba, (2) Emmanuel Samini Waliuba, (3) Benedict Waliuba and (3) Jeremiah Obaech, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Horris Waliuba Mulongo alias Morris Waliuba and (2) Elijah Namakhelo Wabuye alias Elijah Namakhelo, who died at Mission Hospital in Kenya and Mayekwe, on 13th February, 2009 and 25th July, 1973, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
